Finally it’s time for the biggest art fair in Italy, Torino – ARTISSIMA – from the 9th – 11th of November  2012.

ARTISSIMA features some of the most modern and contemporary international exhibitors and museums of todays art scene, and nearly 50.000 visitors and 1.300 accredited journalists attended the fair in 2011. Watch the exciting photogallery!

Artissima’s features four major sections: Main Section, which includes the most representative galleries on the international art scene; New Entries, devoted to the most interesting young galleries; Present Future, a section by invitation characterized by solo shows of young international emerging artists; and Back to the Future, a presentation of solo exhibitions by artists active in the 60’s and 70’s and selected by a jury of renown museums directors and curators.

Furthermore, In 2012, for the first time, Artissima will propose a selection of interesting spaces dedicated to art editions which will be presented in a special area of the fair pavilion: a place for the public to relax, a space dedicated to the exploration of magazines and also a meeting point which will host a unique program of talks and discussions, and a bookshop. Moreover, the art fair offers art walks and the concept con/TEXT.
